On successful payment, both user and mentor will receive a confirmation mail. (It is mandatory to include the topic of discussion in service note while booking.)

- Send the payment screenshot and decide your preferred medium of communication such as Zoom, Google Meet etc
No, USMLE mentor is available on weekends with limited slots.
If the booking is cancelled from our side, the payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
